Fees are based on total market value of the account, inclusive of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, cash equivalents, etc. Reduction in percentage occurs on value above breakpoint. All fees are payable quarterly in arrears.

These fees do not include custodial charges or transaction fees. Those expenses will be charged separately by the broker/ asset custodian.

Third party financial planners or other solicitors may qualify for part of the initial portfolio construction fee based upon referrals. The payment of a solicitation fee will not affect the amount of the overall advisory fee, initial portfolio construction fee, or otherwise result in any additional costs being charged to the client. The management fee charged to the client would be the same regardless of whether a solicitation fee is paid.
